Failure to cancel appointment:
Failure to cancel appointment within 24 hours will result in a no-show and a charge for full price of appointment missed. This includes Groupon paying clients.
Groupon voucher may be used for purchased value towards full price charge if client has a valid voucher number.
If client cancels or no-shows 3 consecutive appointments no future appointments will be made. Any debt owed by client will be immediately due or any credit on client’s account will be cashed out to client less the charge of $70 for 3rd and final missed appointment.
Groupon clients:
Any refunds requested before using coupon MUST be handled directly with Groupon. Past Tense Massage receives no payment prior to visit and thus is unable to reimburse any payment made
